I second that Dear Sarah Mae. The one day I didn't wear one (or a sweater dapperly tied over my shoulders), security stopped and asked if I had forgotten it in my office when I left for lunch!!

I am chronically uncool--I wear my cardis all year. I even designed one this year. They go great with my AmazingShushingAction and TurboOPAC skills.

You mean my library isn't the only one with heat issues? I really should wear summer clothes in winter and my winter woolies in July.
It would be more comfortable
