Friends, Making
A librarian should never reject the friendship of another person in the social networking Library 2.0 online environment. There are lots of perverts out there who need "friends" too.

The two aren't necessarily mutually exclusive: some of my co-workers had their early careers clouded by librarians who imagined that the old school certificate entitled them to droit de seigneur, or at least a licence to grope.
A friend indeed is a friend in need.
