Mobile, Going
Libraries should spend a lot of time, money, and effort to make their web sites mobile-phone-compatible. Smart phone users should have just as much right to ignore your page as the rest of your patrons.

There's actually nothing better than the convenience of being able to request books from the library while I'm at the bookstore, so I actually do think it's pretty important to be mobile-compatible.
What annoys me is all the time, energy and money spent to get library web pages on the iPhone.
Um...folks, that ignores 90% of your mobile phone patrons.
Timely as usual. Our library just finished ours. It didn't cost anything for us to do it and it only took 2 people about 2 weeks. They did it for sh*ts and giggles.
