Sinus, Bathing your

A polite librarian will never use his or her neti pot in the library's breakroom sink, in a public restroom, or at a drinking fountain.  If your patrons or coworkers want to watch you give yourself a nasal enema, they can look you up on YouTube.

ditto with the dental floss. sit in the floor under your desk out of sight but not in your co-worker's car coming back from the feeding trough buffet

And please do not clip your nails, even out of sight, the sound carries.

Shaving in the stacks with a battery powered electric razor is also frowned upon :(

As is using a blow dryer. Oh wait, what librarian would have fabulous hair?

For several mornings in a row I would walk into the mens room and there would be beard clippings from an electric razor in the sink. The custodians would clean it up but the next morning they'd be back. I was convinced someone was living in the library.

One morning I walked in the Ladies Room to find an entire bridal shower dressing and primping for a wedding. All I could think about was this freshman girl I found puking in the corner stall a week before--in the same spot there was now a fountain of white taffeta...

I wish my colleague would use the neti pot so we'd stop having to listen to the disgusting symphony of throat and sinus clearing. Meow-hiss! In turn, my colleagues should duct tape my feet to the floor to avoid having to hear my incessant leg shaking.
