Austerity, Measuring
In tough economic times, librarians may cut book budgets, lay off staff, and reduce hours to make ends meet, but never purchase a lower grade of toilet tissue for your public restrooms lest you face a public uprising.

The restroom is one library spot where digital will probably not be replacing paper.
In any case I will be prepared and continue to bring my own to work. I am not keen to discover what the three seashells in Demolition Man are used for. Thank you very much.

Using cheap TP might result in visitors tearing pages from your copy of the Gutenberg Bible as they seek relief using its vellum goodness.
I don't know. Perhaps we should all go Europeen and use a bidet. Mis-spelling intended.
Oh wait!!!!!!!! That won't be green either!!!!!!!!! Water usage ya know?
I prefer to walk around bottomless and air dry. I learned this trick from some patrons.
