I am now a 20 hour a week reference librarian who had to supplement my retirement pay. There are some days that I outshine my manager as I still wear my managerial clothes to work. This strikes terror in the heart of library managers.<BR/><BR/>Colleagues quickly picked up on this and have taken to wearing suits or twin-sets (ladies only)(mostly) on days when they're expecting a bollocking.
