Never give a library coworker a play-by-play account of last night's dream. It's never as interesting to the other person as it is to you. Exceptions can be made for sexuality explicit or graphically violent dreams involving a boss or a common enemy.

Hey! How did you know about my dream with High-Maintenance ILL Man?? Not that it was actually violent: I just threatend to call the police to toss him out on his ear.

Should I check to see whether anyone is on the other side of the cubicle wall before I launch into the recitation?

I kinda like the dream where the library director replaced us all with male strippers. Each had his own spotlight. Or the one where we got sponsored by Coca-Cola and had to wear red-and-white suits and offices were hidden within stacks of merchandise.
