Many of my more colorful library users do this on a daily basis. Perhaps, instead of feeling left out I should take it as a tribute to their love of libraries.
How dare you reveal my secret hiding place! And I thought the "I love my library" fanny pack I wear with all my appliqued sweater-vests was seen by all as just another incredible librarion fashion statement. Now I'll have to find a new place to stash my flask. Perhaps in the Western Fiction section - nobody ever goes there!

Is it okay to celebrate when it's *not* National Library Week?

I keep mine in the gifts workflow, in a hollowed out copy of Dianetics.
In Australia the word "fanny" has a whole other connotation, so I do not think I will join in this time! Thanks anyway:)
are we allowed to snort from the fanny in our flask packs?
Re: other uses of the word "fanny" around the world. Yes, I learned that the hard way, lol.
