Loyalty, Database
A librarian should never commit to one library database vendor/interface. Eventually that vendor will merge with someone else, leaving you with an outdated Wilson Web logo tattooed on your midriff.

Actually, I think that tattoo gets cooler once the company's gone. The hipster librarian would be incomplete without an anachronistic database provider tattoo to go with her vintage clothes and portable typewriter.
