Tools, Emerging

Some librarians believe that "there is a cry for emerging tools" (1:32) rising up from today's library patrons. That cry seems to have been answered.

I am not sure what the equivalent to [what we might stereotype as] Tourette Syndrome is when it is in print, but the Google supplied translation of 真的是唷's statement might qualify as such.
