Snuggies, Wearing

Yes, they make your sweatpants look dressy, but no, Snuggies are never appropriate library workplace attire.

But there is a cold air vent right above the reference desk! Even in winter it blows cold air on me. I'm always freezing despite my excess body fat and thick librarian sweater.

what is it with library architects. Did they design an air vent right over the reference desk?? Is this a really really common problem

How about low-riding jeans paired with a bare midriff? I'm tempted to drop a quarter in the slot and see if I get a prize.

The problem with library architects is the same as the problem with people who write software for libraries. They have no idea how things are done in libraries and don't bother to ask.

we had 3 snuggies at our Christmas party gift exchange this year and they all went to people in Resource Services...and yet, I can't wear my pjs at the Circ desk??
