Not that they would hear you anyway because they are probably texting while you try to help them.
There is nothing more fun than dealing with a patron that has no clue about how to use a computer or how to locate information, but they somehow know enough to tell me that I am doing it wrong. Guess what? Notwithstanding education, I have been doing this for a while now, jackass!
