"You're Welcome," Saying

Library workers should celebrate National Library Workers Day by passive aggressively muttering "You're welcome!" after refilling the stapler, unjamming the printer, and unclogging the public restroom's toilet for unthankful library patrons.

Ask the readers: How are you celebrating National Library Workers Day?

We celebrated by getting nervous over a phone call from the library director, until it was apparent she was just wishing us a happy Library Workers' Day and not notifying us that our branch was closing due to budget cuts.

By being thankful that our rural community weekly newspaper so happily ignores all events we send to them for advertising. I suppose the numerous typographical errors in the periodical indicate the frequency a dictionary or other writing/reading accessories are used.

I took the day off. Sometimes we just have to take matters into our own hands.

April 10th is my birthday, so it was a good day for all.

Going to the library is one of my favorite things to do...any day.
