Teams, Building
Librarians should routinely participate in team-building games with their library colleagues to increase morale around the workplace. Some suggestions:

Cooperative copier-unjamming.
Also, synchronized stapling.
Engage in some role-play: strap a backpack vacuum cleaner on your back, head out into the stacks and play Ghostbusters on those scarily dusty shelves!
I call Egon!
Play a game of 'telephone' and see how long your library can last without translating it into "Kitty" "ICanHazCheezburger", or anything else cat related.
Public internet station roulette. What disturbing image will you get to view as you pass by!
With Weeded & Unusable Books: See which team can rip apart and recycle the most in a minute.
Who can find the stickiest book in the book drop?
As a warm up, play "Have you ever" with coworkers to learn about all the not work appropriate activities that they've done in the library.
Playing the dozens at the reference desk...Who can insult a patron the worst?
A quick round of Name that Patron brings us together. "You know that smelly guy?..." -"The tall one or short one?"
I do this all the time-Guess which patron will look up the dirty stuff on the public PC's or who will have the largest fine
Pin-the-tail on the Reference Librarian.
Love this...very clever
