Instant Messages, Waiting for

No patrons want to chat with you about reference questions using your instant messenger (IM) service. Sorry. It was a nice thought though.

Oh god, thank you. This is soooo true. Most of our patrons don't even know what a computer is. I'm sooo f&(^% sick of hearing about IM and reference chat. get over it already, nobody cares and it doesn't mean you are providing the best service ever!!
